Ana Farinha
Ana Luísa Farinha was born in 1994 in Torres Novas.
She calls herself a born-and-bred Torrejana, and she has always loved drawing on the tablecloths at her grandparents' restaurant.
She swapped science for art the moment she covered the "anatomy of an earthworm" in Biology and noticed that her notebooks were basically sketchbooks.
She graduated in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon (FBAUL), later taking a Motion Graphics course at the World Academy and completing a postgraduate degree in Digital Illustration and Animation at ESAD in Matosinhos.
Nowadays, alongside her illustration work, she dabbles in animation under the name Ana Animada, because life can be boring enough as it is... Someone has to "animate" it!
