Elsa Navarro

Elsa Navarro is an award-winning illustrator who has spent the last two decades bringing the words of Portugal's most prominent children's authors to life. With books published across Portugal, Brazil, and Colombia, her work is frequently selected for the National Reading Plans in both Portuguese-speaking nations.

Internationally recognised, her illustrations have been exhibited at London's Barbican Library (EUROTOOLBOX 2010) and have earned her Merit Awards at the Hiii Illustration International Competition (2012 and 2014). Elsa holds a Master's in Graphic Design and Editorial Projects from the University of Porto, where she graduated with top honours, receiving the prestigious Eng. António de Almeida Award.
