Ester Garcia

Ester grew up among pencils and piles of children's books. She graduated from the University from Salamanca (Spain) with a degree in Fine Arts, where she discovered illustration as a vocation. She loves telling stories through images, getting lost in nature, and traveling near and far away from home.
She currently resides in Northern Spain, where the fauna and forest she lives amongst pop up in her drawings here and there.
Since 2008, Ester has been a freelance illustrator specialized in the publishing field, working with houses such as Nórdica Libros, Kalandraka, Edelvives, Anaya, SM, Lóguez, or Thule Ediciones, among others. Her illustrations have been selected and awarded in several illustration contests.
